1945年　日本の敗戦後、日本の統治下にあった朝鮮は
韓国と北朝鮮に独立し
台湾は中国に併合された

1946年11月12日、GHQは
「帰国しない在日は日本国籍」と通達を出したが
これに在日が反発した（敗戦国の三等国民にはなりたくない）ため
GHQは通達を撤回した。
1951年「韓国政府は在日朝鮮人に韓国国籍の国籍を与え
その人権および財産に保護を与える事を決定した」
そして、サンフランシスコ講和条約締結（昭和27年4月28日発効）によって
朝鮮人の日本国籍は消滅したのだ。
そのうえ在日朝鮮統一民主戦線（民潭と総連にわかれる前の組織）
の第六回拡大中央会議（昭和27年5月）においても、
「日本国籍を喪失させる処置 に対する 具体的な反対運動は 提案されていない」と報告されている。
在日、本人達自身が日本国籍を拒み
「半島に唯一存在する国家」が国籍を与えたのである。
よって、今いる在日は、本当の外国人なのです
